The Group Picnic Area (GPA) is set in the central part of the park near the children's play area. It has a concrete floor with a metal roof shade structure, located under nice trees. The site also contains a large grill for your use during your event. This site is perfect for a child's birthday party celebration!
Rental use is guaranteed by reservation. Reservations may be booked up to twelve (12) months in advance and a minimum of two (2) days in advance by calling the Arcade Creek Recreation and Park District at (916) 482-8377.
The facility may used for a family picnic, reunion, gathering, birthday party or other event. The GPA and the area around it will accomodate a group of 10-30 comfortably with space for picnic games and activities. Nearby are tennis courts, children's play area, off leash dog park and a basketball court.
If a group wishes to have an inflatable Bounce House in the park a site reservation is required, and the Bounce House provider must present Arcade Creek Recreation and Park District with proof of Liability Insurance listing the Park District as an Endorsed Additional Insured.

Arcade Creek Recreation and Park District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
