The Park District Master Plan is a strategic document. which studies the existing park system, facilities and recreation programming, and identifies a planning blueprint to improve, protect and expand the Districts network of parks, facilities and recreational services for the future. The Master Plan is adopted to identify the current and future needs of the District, and to be used as a tool to aide in the decision making process for Capital Improvements.
