Hamilton Street Park GPA

The Group Picnic Area (GPA) is set in the center of the park near the tennis courts area. It has a concrete floor with a wooden arbor shade structure, located under magnificent oak trees. The site also contains a large grill for your use during your event. This site is perfect for any small group gathering of 50-100 people!

Rental use is guaranteed by reservation. Reservations may be booked up to twelve (12) months in advance and a minimum of two (2) days in advance by calling the Arcade Creek Recreation and Park District at (916) 482-8377.

The facility may used for a family picnic, reunion, gathering, birthday party, corporate or any other event. The GPA and the area around it will accomodate a group of 50-100 comfortably with space for picnic games and activities. Nearby are tennis courts, children's play area, horseshoe pits and a basketball court.

If a group wishes to have an inflatable Bounce House in the park a site reservation is required, and the Bounce House provider must present Arcade Creek Recreation and Park District with proof of Liability Insurance listing the Park District as an Endorsed Additional Insured.
