The Arcade Creek Recreation and Park District is looking for bids for tree removal as part of their Jo Smith Pedestrian Trail Bridge project. This project, which is funded by the State of California Recreation Trails Program, is to construct a bridge across Arcade Creek for pedestrian traffic at the current Sacramento Sewer Water pipe location, ¼ mile off of Garfield Ave. There are four trees which require removal to 3” height, and two large stumps also removed to 3’ height
As this is a State of California Natural Resource Agency, Department of Parks and Recreation grant, work must comply with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations including but not limited to legal requirement of construction contracts, building codes, health and safety codes all legal requirements including prevailing wage or salary scales must be included in the quote. The project must be computed on actual time spent on the project and be supported by time and attendance records describing the work performed on the project.
